1 1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Butter
1 c Ketchup
1 ea Small bottle Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tb Celery seed
1 c Onion, finely chopped
2 ea Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c Vinegar
1 tb Dry mustard
-Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Carmelize butter and sugar until bubbly. Add vinegar and whisk. Add
rest of ingredients and simmer until thickened.
