Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Chopped sweet onions 1/2 c Green onion, chopped
1 c Black-eyed peas, cooked 2 tb Fresh garlic, chopped
1/4 c Pimento, diced 1/4 c Italian dressing
1 c Green bell pepper, diced Salt pepper
Combine all the ingredients let marinate overnight. Serve either as an
appetizer or as a side dish.
