3 lb Pork spareribs
------------------------FOR MARINADE-----------------------------
1/2 c Triple Sec
1/2 tb Garlic -- minced
1/2 c Teriyaki sauce
Minced
1/4 c Orange juice -- (freshly
Black pepper to taste
Squeezed is best)
1 tb Ginger; peeled -- chopped
2 ts Sesame oil
1 tb Orange zest -- freshly
Grated
2 tb Cilantro or parsley --
Chopped
1. Combine marinade ingredients. Place spareribs in a shallow dish
and pour marinade over top. Place in the refrigerator and let soak 6
hours or overnight, turn- ing occasionally. 2. Preheat oven to 350.
Place ribs with marinade in oven for 40 minutes, basting frequently.
Meanwhile, prepare coals for grilling. 3. Remove ribs from oven and
place on grill, 3 to 4 inches above hot coals. Grill for l5 or 20
minutes, turning and basting, until ribs are cooked through. Serve
hot.
