4 ts Garlic
6 tb White wine
28 oz Can stewed tomatoes
1 c Diced green pepper
1 c Diced red/yellow pepper
1 c Sliced mushrooms
15 oz Corn
4 tb To 6T med salsa
1 ts Basil
1 ts Italian seasoning
4 c Cooked brown rice
Pepper
Salt
Cilantro
Braise onion and garlic in wine. Add all up to rice. Simmer 8-10
mins.
In serving bowl, combine all ingredients. Per 1 1/2c serving: 289
