2 lb Stew meat 1 ea Large onion sliced seperat
1/4 c Flour 2 c Celery-large pieces
1/4 c Oil 4 ea Potatoes-cut in 1" cubes
1 ea Clove minced garlic 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Chili sauce 1 tb Lemon juice
28 oz Sliced stewed tomatoes 1 ea Salt pepper as needed
Dredge meat in flour and saute in oil with garlic in a large dutch
oven. Add rest of the ingredients, stir well. Cook covered at 325*
for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove lid and bake 1 hr. more.
