1 Frying Chicken, Skinned -- 1/2 ts Garlic Powder
-cut in pieces 1/2 c Pj's Barbecue Sauce
1 1/2 ts Ginger 2 c Water
1 c Brown Sugar ds Salt
1/4 c Soy Sauce 1/2 ts Black Pepper
Prepare chicken and place in shallow pan. Combine remaining
ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover container and place in
refrigerator. Allow to marinate for at least 3 hours or preferably
overnight. Turn chicken several times. When ready to cook, remove
chicken from marinade and place in uncovered baking pan in preheated
350 F oven for one hour. If preferred, cook on outdoor grill away
from flame. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
