-Italiano noodles 1 c Fatfree Italian salad
2 lg Tomatoes, coarsley chopped -dressing
1 1/2 c Cooked broccoli florets 1 t Dried basil
3/4 c Frozen peas, thawed 1 c Nonfat mozzarella cheese,
**OR** -grated
3/4 c Cooked sliced carrots 1/3 c Fatfree Parmesan cheese
1 c Fatfree Weight Watchers -(Alpine Lace or Weight
-Ceaser dressing -Watchers)
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and rinse with
cold water until cool. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, broccoli,
peas or carrots (or both), dressing and basil. Add cheese and
noodles; toss lightly and chill. Per serving: 77 cal., 0.5g fat (6%),
