1 lb Favorite pasta shape
- uncooked
8 oz Lean ground beef
1 md Onion; chopped
2 Garlic cloves; minced
6 lg Tomatoes

1/2 ts Dried oregano
1/2 ts Dried basil
1/2 ts Sugar
1/4 c Red wine
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, combine beef, onion and garlic in a large
skillet; cook until meat is no longer pink. Set aside. In blender,
combine remaining ingredients; process for 30 seconds. Add tomato
mixture to meat; simmer about 20 minutes.
When pasta is done, drain well. Add the sauce to the pasta and serve.
