2 tb Flour, all-purpose 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Salt 2 cn Green peas; drained 16 oz ea
1/8 ts Pepper 3 1/2 oz French-fried onions; canned
2 tb Butter (or marg.); melted Paprika
1 1/2 c Milk
Stir flour, salt, and pepper into butter. Gradually add milk and
Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, sitrring constantly; cook
until smooth and thickened. Place peas in a shallow 2-quart
casserole; add sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20
minutes. Top with onions, and sprinkle with paprika; bake an
additional 5 minutes.
