1 Banana 2 To 3 cups ice
1/2 pk Tofu 1 c Fresh/frozen strawberries*
2 tb Honey; or to taste
*Frozen orange juice or any other berry fruits can be substituted for
the strawberries.
In food processor or blender, put banana, honey and fruit; blend until
smooth. Slowly add tofu; continue to blend for 1/2 minute or until
smooth. Add 2 to 3 cups ice, until desired thickness is reached.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
