(fresh or canned) 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 small clove garlic, pressed
1 1/2 tsp. cumin or to taste 1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. paprika
WHIZ all ingredients in blender just a moment, leaving vegetables chunky. TASTE for
salt as it will vary according to tomatoes used. YIELDS: 1 pint.
