Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 oz Cream cheese -- cubed 1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 c Milk 1/4 ts Garlic salt
1 tb Chives -- chopped
Stir cream cheese and milk and saucepan over low heat until smooth.
Stir in chives, juice and garlic salt. Serve over hot baked potatoes
or vegetables.
