Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Pineapple -- diced
1 c Red bell pepper -- diced
1/2 c Cilantro -- chopped
1/4 c Purple onions -- diced
2 tb Jalapeno pepper -- minced
1 tb White wine vinegar
1 tb Olive oil
1/4 ts Ground pepper -- fresh
Ground
1 Clove garlic -- crushed
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill at
least 30 minutes
