Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Macaroni -- spiral cooked 2/3 c Parmesan cheese -- grated
3 md Tomatoes -- seeded and 1/2 c Red wine vinegar
Diced 2 ts Dried oregano
1 lb Cheddar cheese -- cubed 1 ts Garlic powder
2 bn Green onion -- sliced 1 ts Salt
3 oz Pepperoni slices 1/4 ts Pepper
3/4 c Vegetable oil 1 c Croutons -- optional

In a large bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, green
onions and pepperoni. In a small bowl, combine, oil Parmesan cheese,
vinegar and seasonings; pour over macaroni mixture. Cover and
refrigerate for several hours. Top with croutons just abefore serving
if desired. Yield: 16 servings.
