1 c Chicken broth 3 c Fresh vegetables (broccoli
1/4 ts Garlic powder -flowerets, carrot and
1/4 ts Dried basil -zucchini slices)
1/4 ts Thyme -OR
1/4 ts Oregano leaves 1 pk Frozen mixed vegetables,
1 tb Cornstarch -thawed (16 oz)
1 c Quartered fresh mushrooms 1 tb Lime juice
1 pk Louis Kemp Lobster Delights 1 ts Margarine
-chunks (8 oz)
Combine first six ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir on medium
heat until mixture thickens and boils. Add mushrooms, Lobster
Delights and vegetables. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer about 10 minutes
or until tender-crisp, stirring once. Stir in lime juice and
margarine.
