1 tb Salt
COMBINE WATER AND SALT IN A SAUCEPOT, OVER A HIGH FLAME BRING TO THE
BOIL AND SLOWLY STIR IN POLENTA HEAT AND STIR FOR 20-30 MINUTES,
UNTIL MIXTURE PULLS AWAY FROM SIDES OF POT POUR OUT ONTO A LIGHTLY
MOISTENED PLATTER AND ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY CUT INTO 1/2-INCH
SLICES PAN FRY, GRILL, OR BROIL TO FORM A THIN CRUST ON ALL SIDES
