Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 ea Heads romaine lettuce; torn 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 lb Yellow squash; cut into 1/2 ts Salt
-julienne strips 1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley 2 tb Vinegar
3 ea Egg yolks 1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Peanut oil 1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 c Mayonnaise 1/4 ts Hot sauce
1/4 c Buttermilk 1/2 cl Garlic; minced
2 tb Parmesan cheese; grated 1 oz Anchovy fillets; minced

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large salad bowl, tossing well.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add oil, 1 tablespoon
at a time, to egg yolks, beating constantly until mixture begins to
thicken. Add mayonnaise and buttermilk, beating until smooth. Add
remaining ingredients, and beat until smooth. Toss dressing with
salad.
