4 Baking potato
1 c Guacamole
1 c Tomato
1/4 c Green onion
1 c Plain lowfat yogurt
1 c Cheddar cheese
1/4 c Bacon bits
1/4 c Butter
Bake potatoes, one per person, split and fluff with fork. Each
person can select his or her own topping.
TOPPING VARIATIONS: - Combine lowfat cottage cheese, chopped green
and red bell peppers and sliced green onions. - Kabobs of grilled
meat or poultry and vegetables of your choice. - Combine plain lowfat
yogurt, minced onion and parsley, white wine vinegar and a dash of
