3 tb Butter 5 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 3/4 lb Sliced, waxy potatoes 2 tb Chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper
Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave for 1 minute on high.
Put the potatoes on a dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour
the melted butter and lemon juice over. Cover and microwave on high
for 17 minutes.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve.
