2 tb Olive oil 1 c Parmesan; grated -- divided
4 md Onions -- slice thin 1/2 c Kalamata olives; pit --
1/2 ts Salt Chop
1/2 ts Rosemary -- crushed 2 oz Can flat anchovies -- drain
1/4 ts Pepper 2 tb Basil -- julienne
3 Plum tomatoes -- sliced 1/4 ts Cracked black pepper
1 12" pizza crust
Preheat oven to 450~. Heat olive oil and add onions, salt, rosemary
and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender and
golden. Arrange tomatoes over crust. Sprinkle with 1/4 c Parmesan.
Top with onions, anchovies, basil 3/4 c Parmesan and pepper. Bake 10
minutes. Per Slice 315 Cal, 14 Gr Fat.
