See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 lb Skinned fluke fillets 1 1/2 t Salt
2 lg Tomatoes, cut in sm. 1/8 t Pepper
-pieces 1/4 c Melted butter
2 T Grated onion 1 c Grated Swiss cheese
Place fillets on greased baking platter and sprinkle with onion, salt
and pepper. Cover with tomatoes. Pour melted butter over tomatoes.
Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 10 minutes or until fish
slakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from the the heat and
sprinkle with cheese. Place under heat again until cheese melts.
