-hassle.. whenever you have Using a non-stick pan (if
-an urge -possible), saute onion
For some beans... you can -until
-have them 1-2-3! Soft. Add beans and liquid
1 ea 16 oz can of black beans -and mash and stir
-(do not drain) -constantly
1/2 sm Onion finely chopped Until creamy. Season to
1 ts Oil -taste.
A few dashes tabasco This is very good served
-(OPTIONAL) -with tortilla chips!
