2 T cider vinegar
1/2 t sugar
6 cloves garlic,finely minced
1/2 t fresh ginger,Minced
1/4 t dried hot chiles,Crushed
1/4 t cumin,Ground
1/8 t fenugreek,Ground
1/8 t anise seed
1/4 t dry mustard In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, shake all ingredients vigorously.
Set aside for at least 2 hours, shaking occasionally.
