Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Egg;yolk of; 1/4 ts Salt
5 Garlic;crushed;cloves 1/4 ts Pepper
1 ts Mustard;prepared 1 French Bread;crustless;slice
1 tb Lemon Juice 1/4 c Milk
3/4 c Olive Oil
Sauce for seafood, beef.
Soak bread in milk, wring dry. Place all ingredients except olive
oil in blender or processor; blend until smooth, slowly adding oil.
