Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
12 lb Cucumbers,small -- very 1/2 c Salt
Small 1 1/3 tb Celery seed
1 Onion -- sliced 1 1/3 tb Mustard seed
4 c Sugar 1 1/3 ts Turmeric
4 c Vinegar
Slice cucumbers and onion and place in gallon jars. Mix remaining
ingredients well. Pour mixture over cucumbers. Screw lids on tightly.
Place in refrigerator. Let stand 5 days before tasting. Will keep for
a year.
