Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/3 c Sugar 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Butter, softened 1 c Milk
1 Egg, beaten 1 ts Vanilla extract
2 1/3 c Flour 1 1/2 Cus fresh or frozen
4 ts Baking powder -blueberries

--------------------------STREUSEL-------------------------------
1/2 c Sugar 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/3 c Flour 1/4 c Butter

In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add egg; mix well. Combine
flour, baking powder and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately
with milk. Stir in vanilla. Fold in blueberries. Fill 12 greased or
paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. In a small bowl, combine
sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle
over muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
