1 c Sugar
6 Egg yolks
1 c Flour -- sifted
1 c Cornstarch -- sifted
1 ts Baking powder
1/8 ts Salt
2 tb Brandy
6 Egg whites -- stiffly

Cream the butter; gradually add the sugar, beating until light and
fluffy. Add 1 egg yolk at a time, beating after each addition. Sift
