Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pt Vanilla ice cream 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Buttermilk 1 dr Lemon extract
1 ts Grated lemon peel
This shake tastes like liquid cheescake!
Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and process on high until
smooth. Pour into glasses. Refrigerate any leftovers. Yield: 2
servings.
