Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 Sweet potatoes
1/4 c Butter or fat
1/2 c Dark corn syrup
2 tb Orange juice
1/4 c Brown sugar
Cook the unpeeled potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes. Peel and
cut in half lengthwise. Heat the butter or fat in a baking dish and
add the corn syrup, orange juice, sugar and sweet potatoes. Bake
in a 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until tender,
