1/3 c Rolled or quick oats 1 ts Salt
1/4 c NUTS OR SEEDS 1 ts Onion powder
1 c Water 1/2 ts Garlic powder
2 tb Tomato paste 1/3 c Lemon juice
3 tb YEAST FLAKES
BLEND smooth all but lemon juice. Add juice. Lightly boil in a
saucepan, stirring, 5-10 minutes. Use on bread, crackers or as a
