Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
7 1-Oz Unsweetened Chocolate
Squares
1/2 Stick Butter Or Margarine
2 1/2 c Confectioner's Sugar
1/2 c Milk
dr (Few) Vanilla Extract
Melt chocolate squares in a saucepan. Add butter or margarine and
simmer for about 1 min over low heat. Add powdered sugar. Then add
milk, and, stirring constantly, simmer for about 2 to 3 mins. Remove
from heat. Stir in vanilla. Let cool before frosting cake.
Yield: enough for 1 chocolate layer cake.
