6 oz Crabmeat 1 c Water
1/2 c Shredded cheddar 1/2 c Butter or Margarine
3 ea Green onions, chopped 1/4 t Salt
1 t Dry mustard 1 c Flour
1 t Worchestershire sauce 4 ea Eggs.
Combine first five and stir well. Set Aside. Combine water, butter
and salt in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce heat to
low. Add flour and stir until it leaves the sides and forms a smooth
ball. Allow to cool and add eggs, 1 at a time beating well after
each addition. Add Crab. Drop by teaspoon sized balls onto ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake 400 for 14 min. 350 10 min. They can be
