Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Turkey pieces
3 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts White pepper, ground
3/4 c Onion, chopped
1 ea Garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 c Stewed tomatos, sliced
1/4 c Celery, sliced
1/4 c Raisins
1/2 c Pineapple chunks
1 c Vermicelli, cooked
3 tb Corn oil or peanut oil

Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet. Add onions celery and
saute'intil onions start to turn trans- luscent. Add turkey, raisins,
tomatos, soy sauce vermicelli. Stir well and cover. Cook for 5
minutes then add the raisins. Cook covered for 5 more minutes and
serve.
