5 oz Beef, dried 1/2 c Olives, ripe; sliced
3 tb Butter (or marg.) 1/2 c Cheese, Cheddar; shredded
3 tb Flour, all-purpose 2 c Noodles; cooked
2 c Milk Cheese, Cheddar; shredded
1/2 c Celery; chopped
Tear dried beef into pieces and set aside. Melt butter; stir in
flour. Add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add
dried beef, celery, olives, 1/2 cup cheese, and noodles. Spoon into
a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with additional cheese, and return casserole to oven until
cheese is melted.
