4 Slices bacon 1 Large tomato, chopped
3 Jalapeno chiles, stems and 1/4 ts Garlic powder
-seeds removed, diced Fresh ground black pepper
1 Small onion, diced 2 tb Chopped cilantro
1 qt Cooked pinto beans,and juice
Saute the bacon, jalapenos and the onion ntil well browned. Add the
beans, tomato and spices; bring to a boil, add cilantro, reduce heat
and simmer 15 minutes.
