4 sl Wholewheat bread
Omitting the bread, blend the remaining ingredient in a food processor
until smooth. Pour into a shallow pan or bowl.
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Oil it
lightly. place bread in the bowl containing the fruit mixture turn
gently severla times until it is well coated. Place in the skillet
drizzle with any leftover mixture. Cook until lightly cooked on both
sides.
