Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 oz Turkey; cooked, sliced thin
2 sl Tomato; sliced thin
1/2 oz Alfalfa sprouts
1 Croissant; split
1/4 c Chef-Mate Golden Cheese
- Sauce; heated
1. Place turkey, tomato slices and alfalfa sprouts on croissant.
Ladle Golden chese sauce over sandwich. Serve.
Makes 1 sandwich
