Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Ham (diced)
1 md Onion
1 Celery stick
1 md Carrot (grated fine)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c Catsup
Hot peppers (optional)
Keep seeds in for FIRE!
Mix ingredients in saucepan. Cover with water and cook for about 45
minutes. Then add 2 cans (16 ounces) of great northern beans, and
cook for
15 minutes.
