Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Butter, at room temp
3/4 c Sugar
2 tb Heavy cream
4 tb Brandy, bourbon, or rum
Beat the butter until very light. Slowly add the sugar. Then beat in
the cream first, then the liquor.
