1 Basic Masa Dough recipe 18 Corn husks

3 c Chickpeas; cooked 3 Garlic cloves; minced
1/2 c Sesame tahini 3 tb Parsley, fresh; chopped
6 tb Vinegar, brown rice 2 tb Tamari
To make filling:
Blend filling ingredients in a food processor to make a thick paste.
Add a bit of water, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency.
Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure".
