Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 c brown rice, freshly cooked 6 tb butter
1 ea lemon rind, grated 1 c celery (opt)
1 ea lemon, juiced 1 ts rosemary (opt)
Combine rice with all ingredients and toss together. Serve immediately.
