Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 ea Cleaned rabbit (3lb) -cayenne pepper, onion,
1 t Salt -garlic and vinegar;
1 t Black pepper lb Over rabbit, turning pieces
1/2 t Cayenne pepper -to coat.
1/4 c Onion, chopped 3 ea Cover bowl and marinade
3 ea Garlic cloves, minced -overnight in refrigerator.
2 T White vinegar 4 ea Transfer rabbit and
1 t Browning sauce -marinade to well-greased
1 cn Mushrooms, drained (8oz) -baking dish.
1 T Butter or margarine, melted 5 ea Bake in preheated 450'F.
1 T Parsley, minced -oven 1 hour.
2 T Green bell pepper, minced 6 ea Combine remaining
2 T Green onions, chopped -ingredients and pour over
2/3 c White wine, dry -rabbit.
1 ea Dry rabbit and place in 7 ea Bake 30 to 45 minutes
