1 c Millet
4 c Water
2 ea Onions, cut in wedges
2 ea Potatoes, cut in chunks
2 ea Carrots, sliced
1 c Celery, sliced
1/2 lb Mushrooms, chopped
2 ea Bay leaves
1/2 ts Basil
1/2 ts Thyme
Toast millet in dry skillet for about 5 minutes. Stir constantly to
prevent burning.
Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook 4 hours at high or 8 hours
at
low.
