Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Salad oil 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 1/3 c Rice 1 Beef bouillon cube
2 tb Minced onion 1 c Hot water
1 lb Ground beef/chuck/hamburger 1 ts Soy sauce
1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Salt
From: Mom.
In hot fat in skillet, cook rice with onion and beef till golden
brown. Add salt and rest of ingredients; simmer, covered until rice
is tender. Makes 4 servings.
