2 qt Water
1 1/4 c Orzo pasta, uncooked
1 ea Garlic clove, pressed
1 c Mushrooms, chopped
2 ea Scallions, chopped
1 tb Olive oil
1/4 ts Black pepper
Bring water to a boil in a pan. Stir in the orzo cook until al
dente. This should take about 7 minutes. Drain set aside.
Saute the garlic, mushrooms scallions in the oil in a skillet until
soft, about 3 minutes. Stir in the orzo, cook for a further 2
minutes. Sprinkle with pepper serve.
