Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 c Olive Oil 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/2 lb Boneless Chicken Breasts 1 1/2 c Broccoli Flowerets
- Cut In 1/2 in Strips 1 ts Dried Basil Leaves
1 pn Red Pepper Flakes 1/4 c White Wine
1/2 lb Bow Tie Pasta OR small 3/4 c Chicken Broth
- lasagna noodles (Cooked)

Grated Parmesan Cheese

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Saute garlic for
about one minute, stirring constantly. DO NOT BURN. Add the chicken
and cook until well done. Add the broccoli and cook until crisp but
tender. Add basil; red pepper;salt and pepper to taste; wine and
chicken broth.cook for about 5 minutes. Add the cooked and drained
pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Heat for 1 to 2 min. Serve.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
