Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Water
1/2 c Sugar
8 sm Peaches
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tb Marsala or peach brandy,
-- optional
Make a syrup by combining the water sugar in a non-corrosive pot
bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat let
cool. Puree the eaches in a food processor or blender to yield about
1 c. Combine the syrup, peaches, lemon juice marsala. Freeze
accroding to the instructions for making Lemon Sorbet.
Serve over fresh raspberries or blackberries.
