Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Mayonnaise
-(preferably homemade)
1/4 c Whipping cream
2 tb White wine vinegar
1 tb Whole green peppercorns
Salt and pepper to taste
You can purchase green peppercorns packed in vinegar at gourmet food
stores and some supermarkets. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to
develop. Makes 1
1/2 Cups
