Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

8 ea Pineapple slices
2 tb Chopped maraschino cherries
1 pk Cream cheese 8 oz.
1 tb Marashino Cherry juice
Leaf lettuce
Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
Marashino cherries

Add the cherry juice to the creamed cheese, blending until smooth.
Add the chopped cherries, mix well. Place 4 pineapple slices each on
a bed of lettuce on a serving plate, Spread each slice with some
cheese mixture and place another slice of pineapple on top of each.
In center of each put a spoonful of miracle whip and garnish with a
cherry wedge.
