Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
5 c Potatoes, raw, diced 2 tb Margarine
1/4 c Onion, finely diced 2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Water Pepper as desired
3 c Potato cooking liquid milk ds Chopped parsley
Cook potatoes and onions in water in a covered saucepan until
potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash potatoes; save
cooking liquid. Measure liquid; add enough milk to make 3 cups.
Slowly stir liquids into potatoes; add margarine and seasonings.
Simmer a few minutes to blend in the flavors. Garnish with the
parsley.
